Organization Use of TWB Platform

Permission is granted to Organizations to publish content subject to the terms of the following licence.

Organization Use License

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
1. use TWB Platform to publish any commercial for-profit content;
2. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on TWB Platform's web site;
3. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
Under this license you confirm that:
1. your organization does not discriminate on any unlawful basis with regard to hiring or employment practices,
  including discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, colour, religion, veteran status, national origin, ancestry,
  pregnancy status, sex, gender identity or expression, age, marital status, mental or physical disability, medical condition,
  sexual orientation or any other characteristics protected by law, in the administration or provision of all programmes and services.
2. all content submitted by your organization will be used solely for not for profit activities.
3. your organization agrees to license any content published on TWB Platform under the terms of the Volunteer Use License, section 3 of this document.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by TWB Platform at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Offensive Content

You may not publish any content that TWB Platform reasonably believes:

constitutes child pornography;
constitutes pornography;
is excessively violent, incites violence, threatens violence, or contains harassing content or hate speech;
is unfair or deceptive under the consumer protection laws of any jurisdiction, including chain letters and pyramid schemes;
is defamatory or violates a person's privacy;
creates a risk to a person's safety or health, creates a risk to public safety or health, compromises national security, or interferes with a investigation by law enforcement;
improperly exposes trade secrets or other confidential or proprietary information of another person;
is intended to assist others in defeating technical copyright protections;
clearly infringes on another person's trade or service mark, patent, or other property right;
promotes illegal drugs, violates export control laws, relates to illegal gambling, or illegal arms trafficking;
is otherwise illegal or solicits conduct that is illegal under laws applicable to you or to TWB Platform;
is otherwise malicious, fraudulent, or may result in retaliation against TWB Platform;

Volunteer Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on TWB Platform's web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
1. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
2. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on TWB Platform's web site;

Unless otherwise stated in the task details, all contributions by Volunteers are contributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Ireland License. By claiming a task, you agree that your contribution will be bound by the terms under which the task is published.
