About Me

I am a professional technical translator of English to Spanish/Spanish to English. I am 42 years old and I live in Tucumán, Argentina. I have studied translation at San Miguel Institute, Tucumán, where I received my diploma. I have also studied Philosophy at the National University of Tucumán for a period of five years. I have studied English in two Institutes, one called ATICANA (American English) and the other Anglo (British English) in my hometown. I have translated and revised more than 70,000 words for Translators Without Borders in different fields like medicine and social service. In addition, I have worked with the translation of birth certificates, contracts, poems, short stories, and theories about translation in my course of studies. In my free time, I love reading (literature, philosophy, history, comic books, newspapers, etc) and writing short stories. I also enjoy listening to music, watching sports matches (like NBA or European football), and doing sports like cycling, weight training, running, and soccer.
